I expected a higher air speed from a normal 12V fan.
Heating is also low. I measured the heating element and it was only 2 ohm. On 12V this will only give 72 watt.

As fan for cooling: not useful, because the airflow is way too low for providing sufficient cool air.

Für die Größe ist die Heizleistung wirklich sehr gut. Man sollte aber unbedingt noch zwischen das Kabel eine Sicherung einbauen, um das Risiko für einen Kabelbrand bei Überhitzung zu minimieren und zu vermeiden, denn das Gerät zieht schon ziemlich viel Strom. Im Stecker ist keine Sicherung verbaut. Ansonsten kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Preis-Leistung ist hier völlig okay.
